To all bakers who cater to those with food allergies:
Please consider joining The Lemonade
Bakery in establishing the Consortium of Food Allergy Bakers. I would like to offer customers a directory
of bakeries that are able to safely accommodate food allergies. While we do ship our products, there are times
when only a local bakery will do. I think it would be beneficial to all if customers could easily find a bakery
closer to home.
Also, to avoid cross contamination issues, some bakeries may be able
to eliminate wheat, but not nuts; milk but not eggs, etc. So, I would like to be able to refer customers to
other bakers, if I can't meet their needs.
Finally, as many of us are small bakeries, we
can share information on suppliers, packaging, and successes.

only. After signing up, you will be able to use a password to go "In The Oven".
